The Nokia 6020 is a 2005 model mobile phone. The Nokia 6020 includes an MP3 player. CNET reviews the Nokia 6020 and writes, “The keypad is also outstanding. Adequately spaced and blue backlit, each button is slightly contoured and produces an extremely satisfying tactile response when pressed. The central joystick is a little on the stiff side, though. Less commendable is the top power button which, despite being as wide as the handset, bends rather oddly at the ends. The 128 x 128-pixel, 65K-color LCD screen is standard Nokia fare for a Series 40 model. You can use preloaded themes for a customized look or set your own wallpapers.”

CIAO reviews the Nokia 6020 and writes, “The camera built into the phone can produce some good quality pictures which look ok when printed out but obviously not as good as a digital camera. The phone can also take video clips which can be up to 50 seconds in length. The quality of video on the phone is rather poor and not many can be held in the phones small memory of 3.6mb.”

Connectmobiles.com has this to say about sending messages, “The user is allowed to SMS picture messages as well as text messages. To MMS, he is provided with MMS 1.0 for image message creating, receiving, editing and sending with AMR voice clips and SMIL. The user can access email accounts whether work or personal, supports POP3, IMAP4 and SMTP-TCP/IP based protocols. Also email over SMS. The user can also chat and it also has distribution lists”.

The Nokia 6020 is capable of surfing the Internet with the built in browser of the phone. Canadian Content reports, “The Nokia 6020 comes fully equipped with a WAP browser, and additionally an HTML browser for normal web page surfing.. including support for java.”

Mobile-Review reviews the Nokia 6020 and writes, “Technologically the model is a complete copy of Nokia 3220 different in design and IrDA present. The price difference is about 20-25 USD and that is really acceptable for a more strict design and the newness of the model. Considering Nokia 3220 a youth solution we can say Nokia 6020 will suit all the customers. The minuses are mp3 files can’t be set as call signals, little memory and the presence of only necessary functions. Actually there are many phones with similar or even higher functionality by other manufacturers in this class. They are Sony Ericsson K700, T630, K500, Siemens CX65. That is curious Nokia model more competes with Sony Ericsson T630 than with today models.”
