The Motorola V975 is a 2004 model mobile phone. Pocket-Lint reviews the Motorola V975 and writes, “What don’t we like. We first there is the aerial that sticks out of the shell, we thought we had got past this feature on most phone - apparently not. Then there is the tiny 1.9 inch display (176 x 220) 65K colour TFT screen on the inside and an even smaller 1 inch CLI display (96 x 80) 4K colour screen on the outside. Both look as if it wasn’t really worth the bother when set in the case.”
Canadian Content reviews the Motorola V975 and has this to say, “The Motorola V975 includes an MP3 player. This phone comes with built in polyphonic ringtones, which means you can download simple MIDI files from the Internet and upload them through your phone, or simply download them via GRPS (if GRPS is built in).”
CNET reviews the Motorola V975 and writes, “the external camera key can be quite a nuisance as we unintentionally activated the camera several times when put in pockets or bags. Onboard memory is only 2MB, but the inclusion of the TransFlash memory card should allow you to extend the storage capacity. The card slot is hidden under the battery, so to remove the TransFlash memory, requires turning off the phone, which is inconvenient when you want to make quick storage swaps. Recorded videos also seem to have a half-second lag, although it’s just a minor gripe. ”
Mobique.com reviews the Motorola V975 and writes, “The brightness level of pictures was another concerning factor for the two phones. This depended on the environmental lighting at the time of a shot, where the resulting pictures differed greatly. Examples of these can be found within the day and night time samples, as well as those with the “night mode” lighting enhancement feature enabled.”
