Geolos Event Calendar is a shareware application for mobile devices.It provides a list of the most well-known global events/name-days & custom ones, with reminder feature. According to the Orthodox church there are over 6,000 dates of name-days but the application is restricted to the most common ones (about 250). The configuration of the application enables a user to define the content of the list of Events. This may include all the name-days, the variable ones (based on Easter date), the double ones, national, global or custom Events entered by the user. The list of Events may be visualised alphabetically (based on the Event-name) or in order of date, sorted in ascending or descending order. A user may traverse the list of Events based on the `search` functionality, provided by the application. It is possible to move directly to the first element of the list, the middle one, the last one, 10 elements upwards or downwards. MobiDict is a mobile dictionary to be run on mobile devices that support J2ME (MIDP/CLDC). Provides 10 000 words and simultaneous search for english and german words! Also online translation function available using Google Translate!
The translation is instant, just type a word or letter in the text field you see! A moment later you get the found words at the bottom.
If you want to use the online translation make sure your internet connection is properly configured. On some phones you may need an Internet GPRS connection configured instead of the standard WAP GPRS connection.
Note that some phones may have software bugs that can prevent MobiDict from using the online service!
This version contains only translations from german to english in order to reduce the application size. If your phone is capable of running the full version, use Mobidict Full. Otherwise you can install the german-english and english-german version together on your phone.
