2. BBM

BB monitor is shortly known as “BBM” and it shows a graph which displays the speed of your web access in the form of graph or picture. With the help of this monitor you can even monitor the speed of even dial up connections. It uses only floating bar graph and it has an icon to show the data regarding the upstream and downstream.

3. Internet speed test

As the name indicates, this type of test can be conducted only on-line. It delivers accurate results and you can have up to 15 users at a time. This test will take only 30 second to finish.

Jargons to be known

* QOS
* It indicates your broadband’s consistency level of downloading. The QOS figure should reach 80 and above.

* RTT
* Round Trip Time refers the total time taken (only in milliseconds) to send a tiny data packet to get a feedback or reply back.

* Max Pause
* It represents the data downloaded at the time of conducting test.
